Services
Vredon provides a wide range of services, including but not limited to, software development, website design and development, mobile app development, and consulting services. We strive to provide high-quality services to our clients, but we do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations.
Payment
Our services are provided on a fee basis. You must pay for our services in advance, before we begin work on your project. If you fail to pay for our services, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement and discontinue work on your project.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in the products and services provided by Vredon are owned by Vredon. You are granted a limited license to use our products and services for the duration of the project. However, you may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our products or services without our written permission.
Confidentiality
We understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of our clients' information. We will not disclose any confidential information about our clients or their projects to any third party without the client's written consent, except as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate our agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. If you terminate our agreement, you will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Liability
Vredon shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products and services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of HARYANA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Vredon regarding our services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
